Oppose capital bifurcation bill.. Pawan writes Rapaka
The both ruling and opposition parties are seriously discussing on the shifting of capital from Amaravathi to Visakhapatnam in assembly session. The opposition is raising its voice and obstructing the Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, the finance minister, who is revealing the list of TDP leaders, who are involved in incider trading and who bought the lands there just before the announcement of Amaravathi.
Any how the eyes of the members of the house are on Rapaka Varaprasad, the single MLA won on behalf of Janasena and they are curiously waiting for his decision whether he oppose or support the government. Rapaka is maintaining distance from Janasena and not at all participating in any programs organized by the party. He is in a mood to walk with YSR Congress party and speaking in support of YS Jaganmohan Reddy, the CM of Andhra Pradesh.
On the crucial time, Pawan Kalyan, the chief Janasena wrote a letter to his MLA Rapaka and instructed him to oppose the bill which would be tabled by the government. Pawan said that the party high command has taken a decision on high level meeting to support Amaravathi and to oppose the decision taken by the government to shift the Vizag. Our aim is to decentralize the progress and prosperity but not the administration. You please attend the voting and cast the vote against the government.’ Pawan appealed in that letter. On the other side, Rapaka alreade stated that he would support the government and stand by YSRCP in favor of bifurcation of AP capital and setting up the administrative capital at Vizag. Now its clear that Rapaka would be in favor of VIzag as administrative capital.
