Lockdown likely to be extended
The prime minister of India Narendra Modi is going to address the nation on Tuesday which is the last day for three weeks lock down in the country. The people are expecting that Modi will appeal the country to cooperate with the government and be in their homes by obeying lockdown rules and regulations till the end of the month. Most of the chief ministers in the recent video conference with Narendra Modi expressed their opinion that extension of lockdown is the better way to curb the spreading of the virus. Odisha, Punjab Rajasthan, Bengal, Telangana states have already extended the lockdown till 1 May. But as per media reports, the manufacturing sector will start functioning with some norms in a day or two.
On the otherside, the Chief minister of Andhrapradesh YS Jaganmohan Reddy opinioned to divide the country into three parts based on the seriousness and number of positive cases and mark the red zones and maintain strict norms there and some areas, where the existence of Corona is zero, can be given relaxation to participate in their works. The farmers, traders, daily workers can be allowed to work in their respected areas as per the opinion of Jaganmohan Reddy. Any how the nation is enthusiastically waiting for the words of Modi and the people curiously waiting to what he is going to say.
