Lokesh booked for causing accident
The ruling YSRCP is availing every opportunity to irritate the opposition TDP and it's leaders. Nara Lokesh, general secretary of the party is booked for causing an accident on Monday in West Godavari district.
Now, the police booked a case against Lokesh for causing harm to the lives of many people by driving a tractor without adequate knowledge of it. The tractor incident took place at Siddhapuram village in Akividu area. The case was filed at the Akividu police station in West Godavari district. Lokesh was charged with causing the tractor mishap during his visit to flood-hit areas. Charges were also levelled against the TDP MLC saying that he had not observed Covid restrictions and preventive guidelines properly.
While Lelah was driving the tractor, he lost the controller over it and as a result the tractor rushed into a water channel. Meanwhile the local TDP leaders are alerted and saved him safely. This was a narrow escape for him and the cadre felt happy as he came out of the accident without any harm. But he has to face the case now.
