Jagan govt gets busy to prove insider trade
Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy and his government is busy now to prove the insider trade that supposed to have happened in Amaravati, just before it was named the State capital in December 2014.
The YSR Congress had been making this charge of insider trade ever since Amaravati was declared the new capital location by Chandrababu Naidu government in December 2014. The YSR Congress has been accusing the TDP of this insider trade for the past four years. Now this party is in power and the government information is available on its finger prints.
The cabinet sub-committee headed by finance minister Buggana Rajendranatha had submitted its report in support of this insider trade. A detailed report on this was also submitted to chief minister Jaganmohan Reddy, where the TDP leaders including Chandrababu Naidu, his son Lokesh, his family’s Heritage Group, besides others have purchased 4070 acres of land at through away price before Amaravati was declared as capital in 2014.
The committee had also come out with a detailed report on how these TDP leaders including Nara Lokesh have purchased the assigned lands belonged to the Dalits in violation of the AP Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act 1977 in some cases and made their own SC loyalists as benamis in other cases. This land amounted to 444.66 acres and the government has enough evidences to prove this charge.
Having collected the data on the insider trade, the government is now busy to prove the TDP leaders corrupt in the court of law. The government is planning to give this information to the Lok Ayuktha or the CBI for further probe and action to avoid political witch-hunt. All that the government want is to take this political allegation to its logical end in the court of law by proving the charge with all evidences as desired in the court of law.
