Govt served Covid notice to TDP office
The leaders and cadre including bigwigs of TDP are busy with participating in Mahanadu but on the other side, the AP government has served Covid-19 notices to the party office of TDP and stated not to violate norms,rules . The notice states that if the TDP fails to follow the regulations framed by the union government, it would be an offence.
The Tahasildar of Mangalagiri served COVID-19 notice to the Telugu Desam Party office located in Amaravati advising the office management
to take appropriate preventive measures during ‘Mahanadu’ meet as part of the initiatives to contain the spread of coronavirus.
The Atmakur VRO handed over the notice to the TDP office secretary Ramani in this regard. The notice read, "At present, there is a ban on political events and other gatherings in view of the coronavirus pandemic. If any violations of lockdown norms are found, then you will be eligible for action under the Disaster Management Act 2005."
Meanwhile, a petition has been filed in the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday seeking orders to file a case against Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu for allegedly violating lockdown norms during his journey from Hyderabad to his residence in Undavalli.
