Fans & Audiences wonder if Baahubali can ever be beaten?

The Non-Baahubali "record claims" by recent biggies Sarileru Neekevvaru, Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo, have made many question authenticity of collections in Telugu Cinema and few asked for Comscore, Rentrak style box office tracking websites and tools in Telugu Cinema, too.

Indian Cinema trade pundits also expressed the requirement for similar exercise to regularise the reports of box office numbers post-release of biggies, especially. Akshay Kumar film Houseful 4 is criticized for reporting "fake numbers", all over while Good Newwz, Mission Mangal and Kesari had no one questioning the numbers.

While some said that no one has to report any numbers to the public, recent producers have asked for transparency and more reliable sources to track the information as nothing can be hidden anymore with most of the transactions turning digital.

Coming to Telugu households, the new discussion on if any film will try to best the Baahubali 2 numbers as started. Many want to see bigger hits than Baahubali but they wonder if filmmakers are aggressive and content with "Non-Baahubali" hit tags.

Saaho and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy seem to have aimed for such big hits at the box office but one became an underperformer in all languages except Hindi and others performed better in Telugu, only.

Cumulatively, both the films did not even come close to Baahubali -1 numbers say, trade experts. But Sankranthi season saw  Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo create a huge record, cumulatively and reach bigger amounts than Baahubali-2, again cumulatively.

They want to see RRR beating Baahubali-2 and other makers aiming for beating RRR after the movie release than just aim for "Non-BB", "Non-RRR" tags! Will that be possible?
