1st Day Audience Scratching Heads Now

You might call it a sentiment or a pattern but it is more or less accurate. Whenever a film releases and the first day first show gets over, the talk is out and the verdict that comes out from the audience mouth holds good. Even some of the big star movies also failed to escape this verdict and prediction from the viewers.

However, the first day audience is now scratching their heads as their prediction has gone completely wrong about one movie. We are talking about the Sankranthi release ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ featuring superstar Mahesh Babu and the owl eyed Rashmika Mandanna in the lead. Apparently, when the first day first show was over, the audience predicted this movie will crash at the box office.

They mentioned how the film had very stupid comedy and many illogical sequences which didn’t really excite. The only enjoyable track according to them was that of Vennela Kishore. Cut to the present, the trade pundits have revealed the data. Well, the film is still showing 50 percent occupancy in theatres during working days. On the other hand, distributors Anil Sunkara and Dil Raju reportedly minted Rs 20 cr each and director Meher Ramesh who took the Guntur territory reportedly made Rs 60 lakhs. The final twist in the tale is, the movie has touched a whopping Rs 100 crores share and is going steady in few centers. Guess that is good reason enough for the head scratching.
